Mihnea Popa Appointed Karen and Farhad Nanji Family Professor of Mathematics

We are delighted to announce that Professor Mihnea Popa was appointed the Karen and Farhad Nanji Family Professor of Mathematics. This newly established professorship is intended to be “awarded to an eminent scholar in the Sciences” with the stipulation that “the first incumbent will be a scholar whose research interests include the study of mathematics,” according to a message from the Office of the Dean.
